We spotted Rachel outside Empire Cafe on Westheimer looking super cute in Splendid's Rose Print Dress in Charcoal. We love the Warhol-inspired print on this dress! We also love her new Melissa shoes from this fall's collection. She finishes off her outfit with her own accessories. Such a pretty edin girl!
